1. What products does SUNUL sell? We specialize in refrigerator organizer bins: stackable, clear plastic containers designed to sort produce, drinks, snacks, and condiments on any fridge shelf. Our lineup includes shallow bins for deli items, deep bins for tall bottles, and wide bins for leftover containers. All are made from food-safe, BPA-free plastic.
2. Do your bins fit in every fridge? Our bins are designed to fit standard refrigerator shelves (about 10-12 inches deep), but we also offer compact sizes for door bins and small drawers. Measure your shelf depth before ordering to ensure a good fit. If you are unsure, email us with your fridge model and shelf measurements, and we will recommend a set.
3. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders to remote areas may take a few extra days.
4. What are your shipping options and times? Standard shipping costs $15 and takes 7-14 business days after dispatch. Please note that orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping. We do not offer expedited shipping currently.
5. What is your return policy? You may return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first to initiate a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
6. How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to track your package through the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Tracking usually becomes active within 24-48 hours after shipment.
7. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped yet. If you need to cancel, email us right away with your order number, and we will process the cancellation and refund.
8. Are the bins dishwasher safe? Yes, all our bins are top-rack dishwasher safe and also can be washed by hand with warm soapy water. They are also freezer safe for storing frozen goods, though we recommend leaving a little space for air expansion.
